Leadership
Elders
The Biblical position of elders is something Scripture encourages all men to aspire to. As accountable to Christ, elders are to provide servant leadership to the Church through prayer, example, surrender to the Word, and providing shepherding care. Elders are selected from the adult male membership of the Church as led by the Holy Spirit and affirmed by the membership of Exchange.
Ministry Leaders
Our Ministry Leaders are men and women who have been identified and charged to lead and serve ministry teams and specific areas of ministry at Exchange. These leaders are accountable to the elders and responsible to serve those they lead. You can contact them directly if you are interested in serving in their area of oversight.
