What to Expect

During this abnormal season Exchange Church will not be meeting at our normal space of Rolesville Elementary School. Instead, we will be temporarily meeting at North Raleigh Christian Academy. We will continue live streaming our Sunday Services for those who would like to join online.

While we have paused Kids Ministry for now, we have created a “wiggle room” for young children in the Middle School gym. This room is simply a way to serve young children (with one accompanying parent) who need a few minutes to release energy, eat a snack, or gather their composure. Face coverings are required for this space, and we ask that no more than ten (10) children be present in the room at a time. We also request that you limit your stay in the wiggle room.

Our spaces are fogged and sanitized before we arrive on Sunday Morning.
Our volunteer and staff teams are expected to wear masks at all times.
While we are taking serious measures to ensure that our building is a safe environment for our guests, please understand that attending services in-person comes with inherent risks. If you consider yourself to be high-risk, please do not attend a service in-person.
For the protection of our congregation, we request that anyone who has had contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19 please refer to the CDC recommendations for coming back to service. (click here to learn more)
Although we will follow recommendations closely and stringently maintain a sanitary environment, there are still risks of being exposed to and potentially getting sick with COVID-19 or other illnesses. By attending, you acknowledge and accept those risks, and will not hold Exchange Church or its representatives liable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sit with my friends or what if I don’t have a "household” at Exchange?

People may sit together in the same row, that have prearranged to do so. Otherwise, please leave 4 chairs between you and the next household (or an aisle).

Will there be congregational singing?

Yes. We ask you to use discretion in evaluating your comfort level in attending a public gathering that will include group singing with masks.

I have a medical exemption for wearing a face covering. What should I do?

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a face covering, please contact our leadership to begin a conversation to reach a solution together.

What safety protocols does Exchange have in place?

We will do our best to provide a “contactless” worship experience. Practically, this means that we will not pass an offering plate, but have offering boxes at the two entrances to the auditorium. Coffee will not be served at this time.

Hand sanitizer stations are available at every entrance into the building. Please be sure to wash hands, and make use of those stations as you enter. NRCA will be cleaned and high-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly.
