Call to Prayer: Psalm 34:22
The LORD redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.
Time of Gratitude
“Give thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Eph. 5:20).
Take this time to give thanks to God for three (3) specific things from the last 24 hours.
Praying the Lord’s Prayer: “Give us this day our daily bread”
Thank you, Jesus, that you care about our daily bread. Thank you that over and over again in your Word you tell us to ask you for what we need. You are not a God who is unfamiliar with what it is to be human, or what it is to be in need of the physical things that sustain us. God you are good, and you do good, so we ask your mercy to provide for us this week. In each and every way. These are strange days, but you are still the God who sees us and knows just what we need even before we ask. We trust you today, Jesus. Thank you for giving us what we need. Amen.
Scripture Reading from the Psalms: Psalm 30
- How do you see the sovereignty of God in this passage?
- How might God be calling you into obedience today?

Need in the World to be Restored: The Lost
Thank you that you came to seek and to save those that were lost. Thank you good Father that there is nothing impossible for you. There is no one too far gone to be reached by his mercy and grace. Thank you for making a way for all to come back to you through Jesus. We confess our lack of care for the lost around us, and we ask for a renewed vision to share the good news of Jesus with everyone we meet.
Commission to Serve the King:
For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Amen.
