Call to Prayer: Psalm 33:21–22

For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.

Time of Gratitude

“Give thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Eph. 5:20).

Take this time to give thanks to God for three (3) specific things from the last 24 hours.

Praying the Lord’s Prayer: “For Thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, forever and ever. Amen

You are good— unchangingly good. And you do all things well. You are holy—entirely set apart and different than we are. Nothing in the ick and dark can taint the brilliant light that you bring. You are the origin and embodiment of love. Nothing we do can make you love us more or less than you do right now. You just give it and give it freely. Thank you. Your steadfast love, Jesus, extends to the heavens. Your faithfulness to a faithless people is as expansive as the entire sky. Your holiness and righteousness is like a mountain. Your judgments are perfect. You see us all, and you save us anyway. Thank you, Lord Jesus, Amen.

Scripture Reading from the Sermon Series: Acts 3:1-10

  1. How do you see the wonder and majesty of God in this passage?
  2. How might God be calling you into obedience today?

Praying the Mission of Exchange: “Extend the Love of God”

Mission of the Church in the World: Pray for the people groups in Europe.

It seems impossible to reach the 99 percent of Europeans who don’t have a relationship with Jesus. Yet we labor in joyful anticipation that the Holy Spirit will stir the hearts of Europeans once again. Pray the millions of unreached people will hear and respond to the good news.

Commission to Serve the King:
1 Corinthians 1:10

By the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, may you all agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.
