Call to Prayer: Psalm 29:10–11

The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD sits enthroned as king forever. May the LORD give strength to his people! May the LORD bless his people with peace!

Time of Gratitude

“Give thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Eph. 5:20).

Take this time to give thanks to God for three (3) specific things from the last 24 hours.

Praying the Lord’s Prayer: “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil”

We know you don’t lead us places that are not for your glory and our good. But it feels that way. A lot. So show us where you are in these dark places. In these dark times. We echo the believers of the ages in saying we don’t know what to do, but our eyes are on you. We can’t do this on our own, we can’t bear this on our own. Thank you Jesus we don’t have to. You are the one who helps us. We don’t have to be afraid.    We love you Jesus. Amen.

Scripture Reading from the Sermon Series: Acts 3:1-10

  1. How do you see the heart of Christ in this passage?
  2. How might God be calling you into obedience today?

Praying the Mission of Exchange: “Equip the People of God”

Ministry of the Church: Worship Ministry

Thank you God for Jesse Gordon and all those who lead us in worship at Exchange. Lead them by your Spirit even as they lead us into his presence each week. We pray that their own time in God’s Word and prayer would be vibrant and sustaining to them as they pour out so much on our behalf.

Commission to Serve the King:
James 1:19–21

Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
