Call to Prayer: Psalm 43:5
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.
Time of Gratitude
“Give thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Eph. 5:20).
Take this time to give thanks to God for three (3) specific things from the last 24 hours.
Praying the Lord’s Prayer: “Give us this day our daily bread”
Jesus, we thank you that you tell us to ask you for our daily needs—that you remind us in your Word that you take care of your people according to their need. So we ask you, Jesus, for your sustaining mercy and provision today for us as your people. These are deeply uncertain times. But you are the Waymaker. And you are making ways for us. Here. In our lives. In our bodies. In the air we breath. In our homes. By the jobs you’ve provided to us. By the help you give us through each other. Forgive us for not seeing you, not looking for you in our daily provisions. Reorient our minds to see you in the very bread we eat. Remind us that you are a God we can count on—because you’re good and you love us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Need in the World to be Restored: Suffering
We ask for your kingdom to continue to come and abide in every corner. We pray for those who are suffering today. We pray for those who are in bad health, deeply grieving, in want, or being persecuted for your sake. Thank you that we know that these light and momentary afflictions are preparing us for an eternal weight of glory that is greater than any of us could imagine.
