God Reigns Over Sin

Our latest devotional resource this week is focusing on God’s sovereignty over sin. Read the encouraging word from Dougald McLaurin on page 43 that begins this week’s devotions. Let’s allow God to deal with our sin this week and help us walk in grace.

In the second chapter of the book of Acts, the Church demonstrates exemplary care for one another through sacrificial ways. They served, loved and encouraged those around them in need. These simple means provided for the weak and vulnerable. In this season, we have a great opportunity to care for each other. Exchange Church has established the Acts 2 Fund to help provide for those in financial hardship or uncertainty. If you would like to give to this fund, simply visit the giving page on the Exchange website, click the “Give Online” button and select the Acts 2 fund from the drop down menu. This opportunity is outside of the typical EC annual budget, and the funds will roll over from one year to the next.

If you are in need of financial assistance in this season, please reach out to Brian at

We still need your help distributing meals in Rolesville. Two volunteers are needed every weekday from 11AM to 1PM to hand out prepared meals in a neighborhood near Rolesville Elementary School. No human-to-human contact is required. Please sign up and help!
